一套安裝在生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和潔凈室微環(huán)境中的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)，用于供應(yīng)潔凈空氣、維持壓差、控制氣流，并去除99.9999%以上的0.1μm粒徑顆粒。
• 集成照明/離子發(fā)生器，智能控制系統(tǒng)（壓力、顆粒、氣流等），支持有線(xiàn)/無(wú)線(xiàn)控制
• 采用高效風(fēng)扇和電機(jī)，一定限度降低能耗
• 適中高度，一定限度地減少安裝空間限制
• 壓力平衡功能可防止污染擴(kuò)散，并維持系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定，以應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境變化

專(zhuān)用于潔凈室的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)，安裝在潔凈室天花板上，用于供應(yīng)和循環(huán)潔凈空氣，并能去除99.9999%以上的0.1μm粒徑顆粒。
• 潔凈室改造期間，可便捷地更改布局和潔凈度等級(jí)（1級(jí)至10,000級(jí)）。
• 由于采用低噪音設(shè)計(jì)，無(wú)需額外的吸音設(shè)施，從而降低了建設(shè)成本。
• 由于能耗低，顯著節(jié)省能源。
